Xobni (Inbox spelt backwards!) is an awesome plugin for Microsoft Outlook.

Outlook lacks at organizing emails and its search capabilities are poor. If you are looking for something that works at blazing speeds to retrieve emails you took minutes or hours to hunt for, head over to Xobni.

Xobni attaches itself to the Outlook sidebar, indexing emails as and when they arrive into your Inbox.

If you receive loads of emails daily or have archives dating back a few years, Xobni is a great solution to help you dig out emails. It generates some interesting statistical trend reports as well.
