The features that I like the most are auto-follow and auto-welcome. With auto-follow, you can automatically follow all new followers of your Twitter stream. With auto-welcome, you can send a personalized message to any new follower.

I use Tweet Later to send out auto-welcome messages to all new followers, and believe me, it works like a charm, to create that personal touch with new followers.
