WordPress 2.7 Release Candidate 1 available
I’m a little late is posting this news item. WordPress 2.7 RC 1 is available for download.
This version introduces significant changes as covered before, especially a completely revamped Admin UI.
I wouldn’t recommend this on production sites yet, but do give it a try on your test servers.

WordPress 2.6.5 released
WordPress 2.6.5 has been released and contains 1 security fix and a few bug fixes. It is considered a mandatory upgrade.
The changes are limited to a couple of files, hence you can manually update your existing installation as well.
