Offline support available in Gmail for Mobile 2.0
Google releases Gmail for Mobile Phones 2.0 with support for J2ME enabled phones and BlackBerry.
The new version has improved upon its client-side caching scheme to improve on the overall performance. It also introduces basic offline support that enables you to compose emails even if you are not connected to the network.
Other notable features include support for multiple accounts and new shortcut keys. Not to forget, this version comes in over 35 languages!
If you have been using Gmail on your mobile, just like me, I would recommend that you upgrade to this new version by visiting http://m.google.com/mail.
